Meet Clair, your AI employee in Slack, powered by onepath

Ask Clair how next month looks and she tells you in Slack, with the chart. She reads your ServiceTitan history, your crew and your schedule, and answers like your best executive assistant.

  • Questions in plain English: in a direct message, an @mention or a thread. When it helps, she adds a chart, a table, a spreadsheet or a PDF.
  • The next 13 weeks: visits, technician hours, jobs, revenue and cash by business unit, refreshed nightly. Every answer says the date her numbers run through.
  • She proposes, you approve: when there’s work to do, she asks first on a card in Slack. Nothing runs without your tap, and every result is logged.
  • Share with anyone: turn any answer into a private link your accountant or bank can open without Slack. Links expire after 30 days.
  • A weekly brief in the channel you choose.

Clair is rolling out by invitation. Ask your onepath contact: we connect ServiceTitan and add Clair to your Slack. The video uses a sample business, not real customer numbers.

Your AI now answers the phone

Missed calls are missed jobs. Now your AI answers on the first ring, finds out what’s wrong, checks your schedule and books the job before the caller hangs up.

  • Voice and language: pick the voice your callers hear, in English or Spanish.
  • Cancellations: choose how they’re handled, for example right on the call.

On every call:

  • Booked on the line: your AI offers your real openings and books the one the caller picks.
  • Want a person? During business hours, your AI transfers them to your office with a quick brief for whoever picks up. After hours, it takes a message and your team gets a task to call back.
  • On the record: the recording, a summary and the full transcript land in Interactions, with the booking right beside it.

The video plays a real call to our own line, start to finish.

Promotions

Running a deal? The AI now quotes it, the online scheduler shows it, and the booking is saved with it.

  • Leads: pick the campaigns whose leads get the deal (Google, Bing and Facebook ad campaigns plus tagged website links), or every lead.
  • Services: all services, or only the ones in the deal, such as Furnace Tune-up.
  • Dispatch fee: none, or a fee of its own, such as $49 instead of a regular $129.
  • Days: first and last day. It ends on its own, and can be ended early.

Leads from those campaigns get the promotion’s fee by text, chat, call or the online scheduler. Everyone else keeps the regular fee. Each promotion lists the bookings made under it.

Tracking numbers on your website

The website can now show each visitor the phone number of the ad that brought them, so you know which campaign made the phone ring.

  • A number from onepath: Phone numbers → Get a number, pick one near the office and give it a campaign.
  • ServiceTitan tracking numbers: pin the campaign to its ServiceTitan lead source in Lead sources and its number comes in.

Then turn on Tracking numbers on the Phone numbers page. Only the business phone is swapped; every other number on the site stays. Pages running another number-swapping tool, such as CallRail, are left alone.

Booking rules

ServiceTitan’s capacity says which times are open, but its strategic rules (booking thresholds) don’t come through with it. Booking rules mirror them in onepath: ServiceTitan still decides what’s open, and these rules decide which of those times the AI may offer on calls, texts and the web scheduler.

  • 0% threshold → Offer none
  • A threshold like 30% → Offer a share, 30
  • Holding room for emergencies → Keep for urgent, with the % to hold
  • No same-day booking → No same day
  • Book at least X hours out → Minimum notice, X hours
  • Business unit → pick the services mapped to it. onepath matches by service, not business unit.
  • Weekday → Days. Rules can also be narrowed by customer type, membership and date range.

When rules overlap, the most restrictive one wins. While editing, a preview shows how many open times the rule would remove from the latest search. Send us a screenshot of your ServiceTitan rules and we’ll set them up.

Alerts by text

Every notification and escalation list now takes phone numbers alongside emails and webhooks. A cell number in a list gets a text from the onepath number for new bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and conversations handed to the team.

Only changes made through onepath send a text, not edits in the field service software. Overnight texts wait until 7 AM; emergencies and changes to a visit in the next day go out right away.

See what every ad dollar books

Connect Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and the dashboard puts your ad spend next to the jobs it booked. Marketing shows what every ad dollar brought back, campaign by campaign.

The dashboard opens on what needs a look, then four numbers: job requests, booked jobs, booking rate and ad spend. Jobs you didn’t book starts with what can be fixed in settings.

A job request is now each service a customer asks for, so job requests went up and the booking rate reads lower. Nothing got worse. Calls straight to the office aren’t counted.

AI CSRVideo

Your own instructions for the AI CSR

Tell the CSR what to say or do in the moments that matter, and choose when each instruction applies: general questions, booking, existing visits, handing over, follow-ups or job applicants.

  • “Before you confirm a booking, ask if there are any pets at home.”
  • “When you confirm a booked visit, say arrival times depend on earlier jobs and that we text a heads-up before we arrive.”
  • “We’re closed on weekends. Mention our 24/7 emergency service for no-heat and no-cooling calls.”

Prices, time slots, opt-outs and hand-overs always follow settings. An instruction can’t change them.

Three updates to team handoffs

  • New task emails. Customer Wrote Again sends what a customer wrote on an unopened task, after 10 quiet minutes. Morning and end-of-day summaries list waiting tasks and replace the Monday report.
  • Booked Job asks which visit. Closing a task as Booked Job now lets the team pick the visit booked in the field service software, so the AI stops chasing and reports count it.
  • Job applications get their own list. The AI spots people asking for work, notes role, experience and area, and sends a Job Application task to a new Recruiting escalation list. Applicants aren’t counted as leads.

Auto-assign technicians to after-hours bookings

After-hours bookings used to land in ServiceTitan unassigned, so a job starting before the office reopened could go unseen. When nobody in the office will be on regular hours before the job starts, onepath now assigns it to a technician ServiceTitan lists as Available for that window.

  • If the office will be in before the job starts, nothing changes.
  • If nobody is Available, the job is booked unassigned. A booking is never blocked.
  • Off by default. The after-hours technician needs a shift in ServiceTitan (Schedule → Technician Shifts).

A Book button on Apple Maps

Businesses can add a Book action to their Apple Maps place card. Pointing it at the onepath online scheduler lets iPhone users book straight from Maps, 24/7, and bookings flow in like website ones.

In Apple Business: Locations → your location → Actions → Add → Book, then paste your tagged scheduler link. It shows within about a day on iOS 17.4 and later, and Apple Maps bookings appear as their own lead source.

AI agentServiceTitanHousecall Pro

AI-applied job tags and steerable job summaries

Every booking onepath creates already came with an AI-written job summary. The same agent now also applies your ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro job tags, following rules written in plain English, so the tag is on the job from the first second and dispatch boards and automations see it right away.

  • Real tags sync from the field service software and show below the editor. Click one to drop its exact name into the instructions.
  • Example rule: “Repairs get the Demand tag. If the system age is unknown, leave the job untagged.”
  • The agent only uses synced tags and never invents one. Anything the rules don’t cover is left untagged, and a tagging problem never blocks a booking.

The same instructions steer the summary technicians read, for example “keep summaries under three sentences” or “always mention the equipment brand.”
